Naomi’s Four Points
of Vision
Feeding Children at Risk
Equipping
and working with local Filipino believers to provide
nutrition to hungry children. Identifying children at
greatest risk and providing nutrition for the weakest
in society.
Naomi's
feeding programs reach into areas where hunger is
common. Children are fed and medically tended while
local Christians fan out into neighborhoods to reach
parents and families with the Gospel message.
Working with the local church allows discipleship and
follow up for these families.
Primary Healthcare
The need
for basic medical care is among the impoverished is
enormous. Sometimes all that is needed to save a life
is an antibiotic or some basic health instruction.
Naomi serves impoverished families in times of crisis,
and also helps identify possible health problems
before it is too late. Basic medical care is a rarity
in the slums, and it provides an opportunity to
display the love of Christ to many.

Missions
Providing
loving prenatal care and delivering babies for poor
women. This is done primarily in the homes and
neighborhoods around Welfareville, one of the largest
slums in Metro Manila. Prenatal care also provides a
way to develop relationships and make disciples of
Jesus, and tiny lives at risk are saved time and again
by the presence of an experienced midwife.
Safe Refuge
Naomi has established
2 facilities, "Safe Refuge", and "Grace House" to house a number of women and children who
are victims of the Asian sex industry. In her years
delivering babies in the Philippines, Naomi has
encountered many young women and girls who are forced
into prostitution, only to be abandoned to the streets
when they become pregnant. Tremendous, oppressing
poverty and sex tourism by western men have produced a
nightmare of slavery for some women and children in
the Philippines.

Safe Refuge is a vision to
rescue, house, feed, disciple, provide
midwife services and ultimately
a new life to women in desperate circumstances.
Many children now take refuge
within our walls. Having endured unimaginable lives by
most western standards, these children have found
security, love that is pure, and a chance at life.
